Cancellation Policy

In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests I do require 24 hours notice to cancel, no-show, or reschedule your visit with me.

Should you cancel, no-show, or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice a $25 per service rebooking fee will be due before new appointment is scheduled.

Late Appointment Policy

Should you be more than 5 minutes late to your appointment you will be notified before starting the service if certain aspects need to be adjusted (quick shampoo, no finished style, less highlights, etc.) to keep within your scheduled appointment time. You will still be charged for the full service and appointment time you were scheduled for.

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late your service will most likely need to be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will apply.

Redo + Return Policy

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. However, adjustments do not include changing the cut or color from the original consult.

Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.
